Ms. Shraddha RJ Prithvi
Ms. Shraddha RJ Prithvi is the Joint Managing Director of Jindal SAW Limited, a part of USD 38 billion O.P Jindal Group. She is carrying the legacy of her visionary grandfather Sh. O.P. Jindal, the founder of the O. P. Jindal Group, popularly known as the Man who saw doors where other saw walls. As a responsible entrepreneur, Ms. Shraddha is also committed towards sustainable growth of the country. In view of this, she is also overseeing our Waste-to-Energy Business that is aligned with Govt.’s “Swachh Bharat” initiative. This endeavor not only promotes sustainable waste management but also transforms Municipal solid waste into renewable energy and addresses issues like soil and water pollution, along with landfill space constraints. She believes in delivering excellence and has a future oriented approach while taking all her business decisions. She understands the importance of identifying, nurturing and rewarding the talent to build productive teams aligned with Jindal SAW’s vision of attaining higher milestones.
Mr. SURESH BAID
Mr. Suresh Baid, aged 71 years, has over four decades of extensive experience in managing and overseeing diversified industries including steel, consumer goods, financial services, infrastructure,hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. He holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Kolkata. His experience has provided him a strong foundation in finance, commerce, and business management. Over the years, Mr. Baid has held directorships in several prominent companies, contributing strategic guidance, governance expertise, and industry insight. His association with leading corporates reflects his deep understanding of corporate affairs and leadership across sectors. His vast experience and professional acumen added significant value to the boards.
Mr. Satyakam Mishra
Mr. Satyakam Mishra (b-1963), IRS, serving nearly 39 years in various positions in the Income Tax Department retired recently. He possesses profound expertise in the areas of Accountancy, Administration, Corporate Finance, Management, Policy Formulation, Regulatory Framework and Taxation. Before his retirement from IRS, he served as Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (International Taxation), Delhi over about 3 years. During his role as Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (Income Tax), he was overseeing the tax framework for Non-Residents and Foreign Companies at all India jurisdictions. He has expertise in understanding the intricacies of Financial Discrepancies, Corporate Cross Border Transactions and the matters of Corporate Governance.
Dr. Vinita Jha
Dr. Vinita Jha is a Medical Professional with degree in MBBS and MBA from U.K. in Human Resources & Marketing and has decades of Sr. Leadership experience in corporate hospitals in the field of people management and business skills. She is currently holding the position of Sr. Vice President Clinical Doctorate in a renowned corporate hospital chain.
Dr. Amarendra Kumar Sinha
Mr. Amarendra Kumar Sinha is a Human Resource (HR) leader with international experience of having worked in leadership roles with wide geographical responsibilities in multiple sectors like engineering, infrastructure, services and high technology centered organizations which have been market leaders in their area of operations. With over 27 years of varied experience in the field of HR, he has created and run platforms for enabling businesses with cost-effective strategies, has been instrumental in culture turnarounds, driving leadership effectiveness and people capability development initiatives within globally successful corporations like Siemens, Schneider Electric, Goodyear Tires & Taj Hotels. He has been a change & culture evangelist in HR and Business Transformation Programs, Workforce Design, M&A and has led change programs and initiatives at enterprise level. He has worked and been trained in India, France & HK. Outside the HR domain, in his role as a COO of a successful organization, he has laid down a strong corner stone of a startup which is into skilling programs. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified professional and has a proven track record of creating a highly engaged & productive workforce apart from being a subject matter expert in his domain.
Mr. Sandip Dutt
Mr. Sandip Dutt received his Engineering Degree in Mechanical from the Utkal University, Orissa. After graduation, he worked as Resident Engineer for Mukand Engineers Ltd. and setting up a basic Oxygen Furnace in association with Russian Consortium comprising of ZSM, GIRPOMEZ and TEP. He spent the next years of his life in setting up integrated refined sugar and distillery plants, captive power plants and waste to energy plants. He is good at conceptualization of steam economy measures and attaining plant efficiency. He was a core member of project engineering and technology evaluation team.
