Mr. Amarendra Kumar Sinha
Mr. Amarendra Kumar Sinha is a Human Resource (HR) leader with international experience of having worked in leadership roles with wide geographical responsibilities in multiple sectors like engineering, infrastructure, services and high technology centered organizations which have been market leaders in their area of operations. With over 27 years of varied experience in the field of HR, he has created and run platforms for enabling businesses with cost-effective strategies, has been instrumental in culture turnarounds, driving leadership effectiveness and people capability development initiatives within globally successful corporations like Siemens, Schneider Electric, Goodyear Tires & Taj Hotels. He has been a change & culture evangelist in HR and Business Transformation Programs, Workforce Design, M&A and has led change programs and initiatives at enterprise level. He has worked and been trained in India, France & HK. Outside the HR domain, in his role as a COO of a successful organization, he has laid down a strong corner stone of a startup which is into skilling programs. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified professional and has a proven track record of creating a highly engaged & productive workforce apart from being a subject matter expert in his domain.
Mr. D.P. Tripathi
Mr. D.P. Tripathi- Independent Director has over 40 years of rich experience in Indian Railways. After holding several important assignments on the Indian Railways, Mr. Tripathi was Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, to Govt. of India for about 2 years till he retired in June 2002. Mr. Tripathi was a member of the Railway Reforms Committee, headed by Mr. Rakesh Mohan, Dy. Governor, RBI. Mr. Tripathi was an independent Director on the Board of RITES Ltd. and was also an independent Director on the Board of Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd.
Mr. Girish Sharma
Mr. Girish Sharma is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University and Masters in Marketing and Business Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. Mr. Sharma is formerly I.R.S. and retired as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax after putting more than 33 years in various capacities. He was involved with tax administration and investigation in the Department of Income Tax. During his tenure, he also served in the capacity as Director, Government of India and Department of Fertilizers from December, 1997 to February, 2002 and has been associated with number of public sector companies as Director and has been Chairman & Managing Director of Pyrites, Phosphates & Chemicals Ltd., a Government of India Enterprise. Mr. Sharma has widely travelled across the globe and has attended various seminars on different issues of management.
Dr. Raj Kamal Agarwal
Dr. Raj Kamal Agarwal is a well-respected and established medical practitioner based in Delhi. The Board expects him to contribute tremendously towards strengthening the corporate governance with his knowledge and advice. He is known for his dedication to his profession, compassionate nature, and strong ethical values. With years of experience in the medical field, he has built a reputable career and enjoys a respected position in society.
Mr. Pranay Kumar
Mr. Pranay Kumar is chartered accountant and has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance. He has been associated with PR Jindal Group since 2008 and has been actively involved in financing of waste to energy & other infrastructure verticals. His experience includes working across sectors such as infrastructure, manufacturing, Waste to energy, Media and entertainment.
Ms. Kanika Sharma
Ms. Kanika Sharma is a corporate law professional graduated from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a young and dynamic corporate professional and having degrees of Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and LLB as well. She is an experienced Company Secretary with a demonstrated history of working in the steel industry and possess expertise in the corporate law matters and corporate governance with deep knowledge of Listing Compliance, Legal Compliance, Legal drafting, FEMA and other Corporate Laws. The Board expects her to contribute tremendously towards strengthening the corporate governance with her expert knowledge and advice.
